It serves as a smart city service app with the concept of "caring for people's livelihoods and serving people," and it is designed to be the central gateway for urban services.
The platform integrates technology, business, and data to enhance the fine management of the city, facilitate public services, and streamline government services. It combines government services, public services, and social services to create a comprehensive one-stop "Internet+" urban service gateway. This app is one of the top ten initiatives of the municipal government to "serve the people and do practical things." It aims to provide residents and tourists in Zhangjiajie with a convenient, efficient, proactive, and intelligent platform for accessing various city services.
